Our host was outstanding, full of fascinating facts about the volcanoes, the surrounding towns, and even the dirt rally events that take place there. We visited two volcanoes, one on the west side and one in the center of the island. The second spot had some cloud cover, but our guide knew exactly where to take us for incredible views despite the weather. While most tours follow a route plan that is strictly determined in advance, this excursion did stops based on the weather and circumstances during the day. Instead of giving us less interesting facts and long outdated stories, Bruno provided us all the info we needed while giving us the chanse to ask questions and having a nice chat. The Nordeste tour is also very nice in case of bad weather, as the tour operator has a lot of opportunities to add stops/visits that do not require clear blue skies. Would definitely recommend this…”

“Very recommendable guide and tour with Marcio (I think his name is...). We were just 2 participants on the tour me and my daughter. We had also seen a few of the places that were part of the tour. Marcio therefore had to improvise and he did so to a really high standard. We were tailormade exactly a tour that suited our needs and desires. Most importantly, Marcio is a really likeable, pleasant and knowledgeable person - who also speaks excellent English. I have had more than 40 guides on many different tours around the world and Marcio is one of the very best. Highly recommended.”
