“Hi there, I just wanted to share my fantastic experience climbing Mount Pico today! Our guide, Steffi, was nothing short of amazing. Not only was she incredibly professional and supportive to everyone in the group, but she also seemed to have everything we could possibly need in her backpack! Reaching the summit was made even more special when Steffi treated us to hot tea and the most delicious homemade brownie I've ever tasted. It was such a delightful surprise and a wonderful way to celebrate our achievement. If you enjoy trekking, I highly recommend this excursion. The view from the top of the mountain is absolutely breathtaking and well worth…”

“Nunu was an amazing guide who ensured that our group made it to the top and bottom of Pico safe and sound. Nunu shared so many fascinating stories about the history, people, food and culture of Pico and the surrounding Azorean islands. Nunu is a caring guide with integrity, and an admirable sense of pride and love for what he does as a trustworthy leader taking visitors to Pico’s heavenly peak! My husband and I are grateful for his leadership in guiding us to Piquinho!”

“We were not able to complete the hike because of weather on the day that we had scheduled, but the Tripix Guide Matteo offered to provide the hike a different day. We decided to not do the hike because the clouds/snow were covering the top, and Tripix was so kind to allow us a refund of the tour even though the agreement would have given them the right to keep the money. We highly recommend this tour and Tripix to everyone and will be coming back to Pico to book a tour with them because of their fantastic customer service.”

“First say that our guide Bruno Leal, is a great person, led us very well along the trail and was very patient, warned at all times of dangerous areas, is a great guide. It's worth climbing, the night sky is impressive and shooting stars kept falling, and the sunrise from above is very nice, you have to keep in mind the following. The night climb is very good, as you don't see the top, and there are 6-7 breaks gets along well, you have to be fit is not easy, the descent is more difficult, since it happens in all volcanoes, being the trails very irregular and with obstacles.
