As it was our only day to get out and see the island he adapted the itinerary so we could see goat island, the natural swimming pools, waterfalls, the patchwork field caldera, the Black Forest as well as the lava tubes and volcanic caves. The lunch in a traditional village eatery was delicious and they catered well for different dietary requirements. A lovely spot to recharge.
